Short version: the game collects nothing. Your progress stays on your device, and we run no servers for it.

Who we are

BIG FISH! is a game for iPhone and Android published by AlienMinds ("we"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play it.

What stays on your device

Your progress (mass, coins, gems, upgrades) is saved in a file on your device only. We cannot see it, copy it or recover it. Deleting the game deletes this data.

What we do not do

• No account, sign-up or login.
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics or tracking tools.
• No access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
• The ocean ranking is simulated on your device. It contains no other players and sends nothing anywhere.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your name, e-mail or payment details. The game keeps a short list of completed transaction identifiers on your device so that one payment is never counted twice. Apple and Google handle purchase data under their own privacy policies.

Children

The game contains no advertising, chat or social features and collects no data from anyone, including children.

This website

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, to operate and protect the service.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
