I bought gems but did not get them

Close the game completely and open it again: a purchase that was interrupted is completed at the next launch. If the gems are still missing, e-mail us the receipt from Apple or Google and we will sort it out.

Can I move my progress to another phone?

Not yet. Progress is stored only on the device you play on, and there is no account or cloud save.

I deleted the game. Can you restore my fish?

No. We never receive your progress, so there is nothing for us to restore. Deleting the game deletes the save file.

How does growth while I'm away work?

Your fish keeps growing for up to 12 hours while the game is closed. Open the game to collect what it earned, then the clock starts again.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in Google Play.

Who are the other fish in the ocean?

They are computer-generated rivals that live on your device. The ranking works offline and involves no other players.
